Hello,
I am using a Balance20 with firmware version 7.0.2 on a neighborhood network serving 10 houses. Singe Wan connection. On the Incontrol2 site, the Daily Usage Chart shows accurate total usage for each day listed. The numbers agree with what I see in the router, and what my ISP reports.
However when I click on an individual day, a chart entitled Top 10 Clients Usage for that day pops up. The total usage data shown for each individual client, bears no resemblance to the actual amount of data usage. The numbers are much too low.
What am I missing?
