Hello,

I am very interested in purchasing the new Surf SOHO router when it becomes available on the market provided that my modem will be supported. I have a HITRON CGN3 modem/ router on the Rogers Network in Canada. This is a current model modem and is a very common one on the Rogers network. I had a look through the list of supported modems of the current SOHO router and found that my ISP (Rogers) is supported however the modem is not. Will this be true for the newest SOHO model and if so will there be a chance that this modem model will be supported? :confused:

Hi Carguy, the supported modem list on our site is referring to USB cellular modems. Your CGN3 is a cable modem so it will work no problem with the SOHO using the Ethernet WAN connection. The new version will hit the streets this fall, stay tuned. Thanks.
