Peplink tech support number drops calls without allowing you to leave a message

As of this date, if you dial (650) 450-9668, then x1 for tech support, it prompts that “if this is a network outage emergency, dial 9”. If you press 9, the call drops.

If you call back and wait for the queue to let you leave a message, the call also drops.

This is extremely frustrating when you are indeed having a network outage emergency.
