Me too, on one of our devices. Will check the firmware version once I get it up again.
Same issue recently. BR1 max pro 5G running 8.5.4 build 6264 and a Balance SDX, running 8.5.4 build 6253. Both connected to a Starlink Performance (Gen 3). For no apparent reason, it just goes “dark”. Reboot brings the connection back online. I see other people have similar issues, anyone got a solution yet? Besides MTU settings and network speed settings.
Router or dish reboot?
Hard reboot/power down for some devices, for other routers it sometimes is enough to take out the cable for 10 sec. Dish reboot does not help to solve the problem.
