Peplink & starlink balance

Hi

I recently added a Starlink to my system as main connection for internet, my secondary connection is per a BR1 that was my main connection before.

At the moment the STARLINK looses signal the BALANCE ONE DOESNT roll or failover and changes to the BR1 as main WAN input even if the BR1 is working and is with good net connection.

THe priority setting is set to: STARLINK 1; BR1 2
MTU is set 1500

Any idea what is going on and why the BALANCE ONE is not doing it job?

What does your health check look like? how long are your outages? what software version are you running on your peplink? have you enabled “ignore obstruction outages” on the peplink?

Agree with Christopher here - most likely Health settings, or the new “ignore outages” is enabled.
