I wonder if there is any setting for user www time out. For example, a user is leaving 20 - 40 tabs opened over the night and I wonder how peplink is timing these out so data in not exhausted over all night. Is there any setting for such a thing?
I have noticed daily bandwidth usage for 30 ip phones and 30 end users are about 600GB daily which is very high usage for about 60 endpoints.

Session timeout referring to session created when in idle condition (No traffics send using the sessions) , the sessions should be keep until timeout before the session is removed from the system.
Don’t think this is related to your high usage issue seem constantly you have traffics sending from LAN. You should further check which devices sending the most traffics and verify what application that used out the data.
If you do not allow traffics sending at night time, you can schedule a firewall rules to block the traffics at night time.
