Peplink Rugged AP POE

The Peplink Rugged AP user manual PDF shows “2x GE with 802.3af PoE LAN” which points to the two ethernet ports. I’m powering my rugged AP with POE but wanted to plug in a POE security camera to the second port for power but that doesn’t seem to work.

Is there a way to enable POE output on the second port?

It only supports the one as an input to power it.
It does not provide pass-thru poe , or activation on the second port.
