Interesting question. Short answer: no. Any computer/phone/IOT device/etc can connect to a Peplink router via ethernet or wi-fi, depending on how the client and router are equipped.
If you wish to proceed I’d suggest your best strategy may be to talk with a Peplink Partner. If you care to indicate where in the world you are located a Partner who handles your area may contact you. Alternatively, you can find a list of some (not all) Partners here.
