Peplink OpenVPN WAN licence - WAN Connection limit?

Hi All,

I recently started using the OpenVPN Wan licence required to have VPN router functionality on a peplink when connecting to NordVPN. After a DNS resolver issue (see post for about a week ago) I got a stable connection and its been working fine. However today I decided to use a different .ovpn file (different server) setting in the Peplink admin page. However after adding this “WAN 2” connection it seems to have lost the original WAN connection that I setup a week ago.

So, (1) Is there a 1 WAN connection setting limit?
(2) Is the limit imposed by the admin page or the OpenVPN WAN licence?
(3) Is there any workaround so I can go into the admin page and choose from multiple (previously saved) OpenVPN WAN connections (each with their own .ovpn file) to switch between VPN servers?

Thanks in advance for any advice on this.

It sounds like you are wanting the openvpn to have multiple profiles similar to the wifi-as-wan.
I like the idea of that, I don’t think that is currently available.

Has this been implemented in 8.3?

I see the menu on a 20x with 8.3 I have access to.
What happens if you load multiple opevpn profiles under it?

A bump from me on this one - Being unable to select varying Openvpn (OVPN) config’s is a big pain and something that can probably be enabled without too much difficulty - Anyone from the Peplink team able to advise? Is it in 8.3.0 already?
