Peplink Not Responding


We have a peplink 310 which has been in and working for a while now, Recentley the device has started to drop pings and the throughput is terrible.

I can run a ping from a machine on our network and it will drop the pings, If i divert all network internet traffic around the device i can communicate with the device as normal ?

I have just run a ping test now and i have

sent 43

recived 10

lost 33

The web interface is not acessible at this time either.
