Peplink MAX BR2 Pro not online

Our company recently purchased 5 Peplink MAX BR2 Pro devices. We plugged in the SIM card powered up 1 device. We have flashing on cellular 1 LED. The device is not online or reporting into the InControl console. We’ve added all devices to the console and the warranty information, license etc. are there. We’ve never used these devices before so just reaching out to see what should we do?

A newly inserted SIM often works straight away, unless it needs a custom APN or requires roaming to be enabled.

I would give the BR2 Pros an active wired WAN connection with internet access that should make them visible on InControl 2. Then I would push the latest firmware if they need it and verify the cellular settings.

Flashing cellular LED means that it is trying to connect to the carrier.
In addition to what Martin is mentioning, please make sure you have all 4 antennas connected to the correct antenna connectors on the BR2. May I assume that it has been verified that the carrier for the selected sim card has coverage in the area you are trying to use it in?
