I am using Google Fi for a provider on my phone and got a data sim to put in my br1pro router. It was working in the USA but I drove to Canada today and it no longer works. It says it can’t talk to the server. Google documentation says this card works internationally including Canada. There seems very little I can do in the mobile app to configure or troubleshoot the problem. Ideas?
Not sure if roaming option needs to be enabled when you travel to Canada, I have replied in the ticket. Let’s follow up further via ticket.
I can confirm that Google Fi cards will need roaming activated anywhere but the US, including Canada and Mexico. They work just fine, but you do need to activate Roaming under cellular options for your BR1 Pro.

It took me a while to figure out how to get to the admin interface and then how to find the cellular settings. Once I enabled roaming, my internet started working. Thanks folks.
