Hi everyone, maybe someone can provide some insight. I have a Peplink MAX BR1 Mini Core modem that I’m trying to match with the hologram SIM. All settings related to APN and Roaming were correctly feed to the modem. The Cellular LED is flashing slowly in green, it’s showing connecting, obtaining IP address but it never does. I have worked with the same SIM card in a Soracom USB dongle and it works. I am out of ideas. Conducted a firmware update but still no connection. If anyone can advise, it is very much appreciated. It’s a network authentication issue.
Either your APN settings are wrong, or your provider is blocking the Peplink from connecting.

I’m using the same settings supplied by Hologram, that work well with the Soracom USB Modem:
Well that’s weird.
APN settings are correct.
What network does it connect to when in the USB dongle modem?
I’d force the carrier selection to that network on the Peplink to see if it connects.

It connects to Vodafone Ireland. I have tried APN settings for the local carrier, without any success.
Not APN, change the carrier selection from auto to advanced (by using the blue ?) and select Vodafone Ireland there.
