Peplink login user name and password

I have the 2 apps on my iPhone - Peplink and Incontrol2.
I can access my information/settings through web admin login with no problem but if I try to login to Peplink on my laptop I am told wrong user name or password.
There is no option of forgot password or user name so is there anyway to reset my user name and password?
