Peplink firmware upgrade as different hardware revision on 710

We hope to upgrade the Peplink device to the latest firmware version, but I find that the hardware revision of 710 units are different.

Then, the firmware version is not same.

If we upgrade the slave unit to firmware 7.1.1 and upgrade the master unit to firmware 6.3.4, could the HA still can build between both device?

HA will work perfectly but you won’t be able to synchronize the configuration while they are on different firmware versions.

We use it all the time to stage firmware upgrades. Never had any problem.
