Peplink eSIM Canada Outage

Is anyone else having issues with the Peplink eSIM working in Canada since June 25th, 2025? Or the reason? (Model Peplink MAX BR1 Pro 5G)
We had several routers working before then, but since the Roger Wireless outage none of them will connect to cellular. We have tried manually selecting Bell as carrier but still the routers won’t connect.

Hi Israel,

Yes. Referring you to this post: https://forum.peplink.com/t/peplink-esim-temporary-service-interruption-notice/56690

Thank you bbaker, but I cannot access the link, seems private.

This issue has now been resolved.

Had the same issue, My peplink esim disappeared and could not be reloaded until I got in touch with peplink re problem. Despite aiming my antenna at a Rogers tower, its still connected to Bell. You dont seem to have the option of ticking a box for the various cell mobility operators on the Canadian plan either.

My first peplink esim of 20gb also disappeared in only several weeks so I had to buy another one, which is still having issues.

Thank you Tim, I do have one unit up and running but the rest will not connect to towers in Canada or even let me switch Carriers.

Hi Israel, I would try power cycling the devices and if that doesn’t work you should open a support ticket with Peplink so they can dive deeper into the issue.

In the same org as Israel so just following up. Reached out to PEPLINK haven’t heard back yet. But what’s happening is the routers attempt to connect to cell (Connecting…) and then when it finally shows signal the cell modem resets (Resetting…).

WAN Quality report shows a bunch of singular dots when it connects and immediately disconnects. Just curious if anyone has seen anything like this to point us in the right direction.
