anyone experienced install and configure Peplink for Zoom Application using Cisco VC Room kit to display DUAL SCREEN presentation in conference room ?
We have a customer installed B305 for Zoom VC Services using 1:1 NAT configuration.
If we used direct IP Public connection without peplink, or peplink in drop in mode we can do dual screen presentation. but when using B305 as Router / NAT. only one display appear.
from Zoom app and support got info they use H.323 protocol for this services
any information highly appreciated

Tech support team and Engineering team is working hard to assist on the issue. As discussed in the video call, we would need your help to contact Zoom support to provide us the application error logs for us to narrow down the potential issue why the application having issue to display the dual screen.
As explained also , this is not related to the configuration which 1:1 NAT have been defined.
Please help us with the CLOUD ROOM CONNECTOR application level errors and we should able to identify the issue and solve the issue ASAP.

Issue identified by partner after upgraded the Zoom VC device firmware, issue resolved. Thank you Primdas for helping to discuss with the application vendor.
