Hi Everyone,

I hope this isn’t too silly of a question - is there a way to switch the Care provider I’ve been assigned? The folks I’m working with seem to not be very knowledgeable about the products and/or licensing structures and they are SLOOOOOOOOW to respond to e-mail. I’d pay more for better service but I’m not sure how/if I can do that?

I am not sure if you can transfer but you can contact West Networks. “Professor P” is the owner and their support staff has been excellent.

where are you located?
If I had your problem, I would check the Peplink certified Partner list here https://www.peplink.com/peplink-certified-partners/
And I would check the Forum if one of my choosen partners of this list is an active forum member.
