Peplink Captive Portal - Issue - Concurrent access not allowed

All,

We are getting users reporting that they have Concurrent access and cannot login.

When we check the guest id in the clients, we cannot find the clients.
It seems like the guest id is not connected to the Captive Portal but the portal is reporting that there is Concurrent access.

On top of this, the event log in IC2 is very limited which then we cannot identify the issue.

When you look at the log, which guest id is reporting the concurrent access issue ?

It would be great if the report can identify which guest id.

Is anyone seeing the same issue?
We are getting about 2 reports per month.

I am a newby, I am having problems on incontrol
At the OTP setup page. I have scanned the QR code and have copy and pasted or manually entered the 32 digit secret code. I keep getting invalid one time code…and can’t get into incontrol. Anybody have this same problem. I have a B One 5G router. I cant get past the OTP setup page.

Is there any update on this ?

Peplink support receive the request. will this be coming ?

Every other day, we are getting concurrent access not allowed.
After checking, we cannot find the guest account logon from the crew list.

At the same time, the event log does not show which account was used.

I hope that Peplink Support will look into this.

There has been ticket log on this issue with Support but we are still facing the issue.
