Peplink Balance One worked fine for 6 months and then after a some rain and lighning stopped working

I loved my Peplink Balance One. I have two high speed 100M internet connections and the Balance One used to load balance it like a boss. But sadly during a recent rainy month , the Balance One started acting up.

Think we had a lightning or something but the Balance was plugged in to the outlet through a surge protector. But now, the device just powers on and all the lights just blink.

What is wrong ? How can I get this fixed ?

Hardware fault was suspected. Please help to reset to factory default settings (press and hold the button about 20 seconds). If this doesn’t help, please submit ticket to proceed RMA.
