Has anyone connected 4 or so LTE routers in passthrough mode to the pepwave balance ONE with the 5 WAN license ? I was curious how well is worked and does the routers on the WAN port have to be in passthrough mode or can they all have DHCP enabled and the peplink just picks up the internet ?
We often deploy a Balance One with 3 or more BR1s on its WAN. Works fine - just has a higher management overhead as you need to manage the cellular connections separately rather than on a single UI like with a HD4.

Do youeave the routers in DHCP mode or do you put them in bridge or passthrough mode ?
Personally I leave them running DHCP. That way if I need someone local to test I can get them to plugin to the LAN of the BR1 and things are easy for them to understand.
