I would like to ask about HA.
If we have Peplink balance 580 and 580x.
Is it possible for HA while 580x purchase inControl2 and 580 doesn’t.

Hello @Sidet_Neng,
It is not possible to have different models working in automatic HA, as they will be unable to sync configurations; there are enough differences between the hardware versions of the 580 series that HA will not work.
If you are using InControl2, you may be able to use the new features that allow manual copying of configuration between models (with some limitations), though the two models will not auto-negotiate failover; you need to have your alternative unit in cold standby.
