Peplink Balance 580X HW 2 missing LACP?

Hi All,

The BPL-580X HW2 datasheet indicates that LACP is included. However, we can’t seem to find the option (unlike on the older 580X).

Is it located somewhere else / hidden, or is LACP not supported on HW2 and the datasheet is incorrect?

Firmware: 8.5.3s067 build 6135

normally you go to the interface page, select both interfaces then it offers you link aggregation:

Yes but it wont show up i’ll log a ticket with peplink see whats happening.

On some of the newer HW2 units the LACP option doesn’t show up in the interface even though the datasheet lists it. A bunch of people have noticed this.

Thanks for reporting to us, this is noted and notified in a support ticket too.

The feature is currently targeted at firmware 8.6.0. We will share an update if we can make it available earlier.
