My Peplink Balance 580 freezes at startup. It keeps restarting continuously . I have no clue about the nature of the problem and if it is a hardware or a software problem.
I will really appreciate any help .

May I know the Balance 580 can be started up after disconnect all LAN and WAN cables? If not, please open ticket. RMA is needed.

I had one recently do the same thing and it was replaced under warranty so seems like some sort of common failure point. What do you see on the display when it tries to start?
Nothing , just some squares .
I tries that but it dident work . Thank you i will create a ticket .
That’s the scenario with the squares, it needs to get exchanged if it is still under warranty
