Peplink Balance 580 has newer firmware then can be download

I have a Balance 580 HW1, the power supply had died on it a few years ago and so it sat. I have fiber and Starlink now for backup so I repaired the power supply and fired it up. I checked the firmware to see if it was up to date, it is listed as 7.0.2 build 2167 but when I look on Peplink firmware only the 6.3.4 is available.

When I search for my version on the internet I found that version issued as a betas but not released. It also said it could not be down graded.

Anyone have any idea what how to fix this?

Check your hardware revision.
I’ll bet.you.can upgrade higher.
Step up one version at a time since it’s so out of date.
