Peplink Balance 380 problem on boot

Currently, I’m having a problem with the device peplink 380, when I start the machine it crashes and I can’t log in, if I leave it on for about 2 3 hours, luckily I can log in, but the machine can’t. stable operation, it only lasts about 12 hours, then it fails again, I tried upgrading to version 8.2.1 but still got the error

Please contact your Point of Purchase or submit a Peplink ticket for the issues shown above.
If screen is displaying those black blocks/boxes its usually a tell tale sign of failure.

Yes. Adding to what @Zakk_Stewart said – if there is any way you can log on long enough to grab a diagnostic report it would be good to submit that with the ticket. If you cannot do this I would say so in the ticket to avoid one “back and forth” (delay) when one is requested.
