Peplink Balance 380 - Already Added on InControl

Hi,

I am trying to add my Balance 380 (HW3) to my InControl account to obtain the License Key in order to upgrade to 6.2.2.
When I try to add my device by I get a message saying “Failed” “Already Added”. Is it possible to get that reset to use with our account?

I have added our Pepwave Max 700s without an issue.
