  • Peplink Balance 310 STATUS Right is red and blinking

  • have tried a lot but could not reset the device

  • LAN and WAN interfaces are not working.

  • seems hardware failure…

have created a service request ID [Ticket #736333]. but no one contacted yet. its Network down and we need immidiate response please.

Since the unit is out of warranty and purchased from Cloud Distribution Ltd you will need to follow up with them on repair and replacement
