We ordered them Verizon service. Do we need to update firmware if we’re switing service to AT&T/Firstnet. Is there anything else we need to do if we’re using them in Poland international use from time to time with AT&T FirstNet service?
VZW/AT&T: No, just ensure the very latest firmware is installed.
Poland: Can’t help you there. You may have an AT&T Firstnet SIM but you won’t be receiving FirstNet service outside the USA. AT&T would be your best source to define how the data plan/SIM will behave outside NA. They may, for example, have a special APN for you. And, you will likely have to allow roaming.
