Howdy all,
I have two Peplink Balance 30s and have had VPN (L2TP) remote access on the devices without issue for months. I upgraded both to 6.3.3 and now one of them doesn’t accept the credentials. I have tried on Windows 7 and Windows 10 machines using the Windows VPN client - I get “The L2TP connection attempt failed because the security layer encountered a processing error during initial negotiations with the remote computer”.
I have tried multiple computers, and I cannot connect to the peplink B30. Any ideas? is there anyway to turn on extended logging so I can get a better idea?
