I would like to check that Peplink got any configure or function like U-Turn NAT.
Are you referring to NAT loopback ? Different vendors may have different feature name. If you referring to NAT loopback then no configuration require for B2500. Make sure you have the proper inbound NAT defined then NAT loopback will work.
