Peplink Balance 210 - L2TP/IPSEC PASSTHROUGH

Good day everyone,

My setup is, I have a Mikrotik Router as my VPN PPTP and L2TP/IPSEC SERVER behind my Peplink Balance 210.

Scenario:
My PPTP VPN is running successfully and my VPN CLIENTS can get pass through Peplink Balance 210. However, I’ve been experiencing an error when I try to connect using the L2TP/IPSEC VPN. I cannot get pass through my Peplink Balance 210. I’ve tried every possible ways I know to make this work.

UDPs were allowed.

Please if anyone of you have any idea on how to go around this problem I would really appreciate it.

Although, I am aware that Peplink Balance 210 has its own L2TP/IPSEC and PPTP VPN. I cannot use these because my goal is to have a SIte-to-Site connection. And MikroTik Router is not supported by Peplink Balance 210.

Please open a support ticket for support team to check. Need to further check the packets that sent in-order to confirm the issue.
