Peplink Balance 210 CPU reaches 100% load then hanging

My Peplink Balance 210 CPU reaches 100% load then hanging, this issue appears when anyone in the LAN download something from Internet… then immediately the cpu loads 100%.

My Hardware Revision is 3, running 8.1.2 build 5007 or latest version of firmware, the same problem.
