Hi, just got a balance 20x and am having issues with the usb dongle, I bought both a TPLink EU300 and a no name usb 2.0 one as i just left on a trip but neither work. I get the message “Obtaining ip address”. Both see the Ethernet cable when plugged in. I’ve confirmed both the starlink and the T-mobile home connect to the WAN port just fine.
is there a config I’m missing?

I had this issue with main port, I had to put a L2 switch between starlink and router. I used this ethernet dongle hope that helps:
