I have peplink balance 20 connected to WAN1 and WAN 2.when you ping it Times out for 4 seconds then it replies for 20 seconds then back to 4 seconds.when i remove the WAN 1 and 2 and connect to normal router the pin does not time out.what is the solution.Kind regards Ken

What is LAN/WAN subnets?
Are you pinging from a PC connected to the Balance?
–Can you ping LAN IP of the Balance, if so, WAN IP or WAN Gateway IP?
