Peplink Balance 20, WAN3 upgrade purchase issue

Hello, I have a new balance 20 that I’d like to enable the 3rd wan port for a sat dish internet feed. Trying to purchase the upgrade via the peplink store, when I use the serial number for the unit, the store says hardware rev not supported.

Hardware rev 6
6.3.1 build 3138

The web ui, shows wan 3 as available via a license upgrade… so what gives?

Hi,

This is resolved. You should able to purchase the Optional WAN activation using Peplink store now.
