hi guys, i’m having an issue. I’m currently using the Peplink B one 5G router, in the current location my phone is catching a full 5G signal with speeds reaching more than 250mbps, but the B one router is not able to catch it and is jumping to 4G instead, even when I try to force it to only use 5G, it’s not getting any signal from it… Any help would be appreciated.

We get this questions all the time at 5Gstore. Many times, the customer uses their phone and gets much faster speeds then their Peplink. This most likely is from your router not locking into the fastest band. This article will show you how to lock into a faster band:
I watched the video but in my Peplink B one 5G’s dashboard there’s no “details” option like shown in the video.
