Peplink AP One AX Lite - IOT devices connecting to wifi

I am facing a problem with the AP ONE AX Lite.

The AP ONE AX Lite are managed by B20X with the latest firmware.

Wifi SSID was setup for both devices.
The strange behavior is that all computers can connected to the WIfi on the AP One or B20X.

For the IOT, they can only connect to the B20X and not the AP One.
Most IOTs are still using 802.11 B/G with 2.4GHz.

While asking copilot, it stated that the issue is with AP One as the B/G was disabled so that the performance will be better.

Does anyone know anything on this and the solution?
It would be a big negative if AP One is advertising to supported B/G but it is not.

Thanks in advance.

Your AI is hallucinating answers because it doesn’t have any knowledge. I’m not sure what your issue is, but I can guarantee you it’s not that a Peplink product doesn’t support a feature that are in the spec sheet.

Found the issue that the IOT needs to register the Wifi Profile.

Even if the Wifi name and password are the same, it will not connect.
I needed to reset the IOT and reconnect to the same wifi name and password.
