Peplink 580 login pin reset

I’m currently trying to setup a network. I’m using parts at the place I’m working at right now. They told me to use a peplink router. The router seems to be locked with a login pin that you have to input on the LCD. No one in the building knows the PIN and I can’t seem to find a way to reset it. I can’t seem to get into web interface either as I think that is locked until you login with the PIN.

Does anyone know of a solution to fix this?

Hi,

do you have access to InControl2? There you can change and reset the password also.
Is the router in use?
I think, it could be helpful to contact your certified Peplink Partner.
