PepLink 310 stopped showing active sessions

Good day everyone

My PepLink 310 hung today for no reason, after staying up for more than 300 days. I had to hard reboot it and it’s been working okay since then. However, I’m no longer able to view Active Sessions. It just hangs indefinitelly. What is strange is that if I click on one of the interface filter boxes - it loads data instantly. So to view all active sessions I have to check all filter boxes, which is really annoying.

Is there any fix to this problem?

hmmm yes that is very strange. A good place to start would be to make sure that you are on the most current firmware 5.4.9. If the problem still persists after that I would open up a support ticket here: http://cs.peplink.com/contact/support/ so the support team can take a deeper look at this issue. Also, if you are using IE as the web browser I would try it in Firefox or Chrome.
