Peplink 310 5G with lots of resets on Modems and Max Adapter

Hi,
we have a Peplink 310 5G. The problem is that the 310 does a lot of resets on the internal modems and especially on the USB port where we have a Max 5G adapter installed. The adapter somteimes resets after 5 minutes which causes the link to go down. Same on the internal modems.

This results in an unreliable connection to speedfusion if two of the three connections go down at the same time due to a reset.

Anyone with a similar problem or a suggestion how to fix this?

Thanks and cheers

Robert

What firmware are you using? Have you also upgraded the cellular modem firmware as well?

It is running the latest available firmware through the “search for updates” tool on the web interface.

How would I update the modem firmware?

Thanks and cheers

if you are logged into the router, change the ending of the address bar line from index.cgi to support.cgi and scroll down and you should see modem firmeware update.

If you are in ic2 group level, click edit checkmark the device and click the actions button and check under the menu for cellular modem upgrade.
