Peplink 310 5G doesn't connect via 5G

Hi,

we have a Peplink Balance 310 5G Router with T-Mobile (Germany) 5G Card in Slot 1. But until now the Peplink hasn’t made a 5G connection. It always connects via LTE-A. Allthough my mobile phone shows 5G availability, the Peplink doesn’t connect via 5G.

The card is 5G ready. If I put it into my mobile phone it connects via 5G.

Any hint to a solution to this problem?

please try the APN internet.t-d1.de

With this APN we have a lot of 5G Routers running in Germany.
