I just recently purchased a peplink 20 and I plugged it in and everything seemed fine all the lights were on and green so I plugged in my 2 dsl lines and lights started blink on the LAN ports so I thought to myself great it works but I was to tired to actually try it out so I took a nap and when I woke up it looked like it was turned off. I tried unplugging and plugging back in the power pack and nothing happens it will not turn back on. Should I try a new power pack maybe if so what kind do I need also is their anything else I can do. Does anybuddy know what could have happened?
This rarely happens and it does sound like a hardware malfunction. Please go ahead and try another power adapter with comparable rating and if still power doesn’t come up then we will need to verify a few owner and device information with you and have this unit replaced via our support system at http://www.peplink.com/contact/support/
