Overflow Outbound Policy not work

I have Peplink BL 20 with 7.0.0 build 3310. But Overflow Policy not working. can anyone suggest.

What do you mean “Overflow Policy not working” ?

Do you defined the correct upload/download speeds for WAN: Prompt and Rcom ?
