Outbound rule - What happens on failing WAN?

Is there an option to select what happens when a WAN (with a domain-outbound-rule) fails?

For instance, in some cases I want to allow request to domains that are part of such a rule, while in some cases I want to block requests to some domains if the assigned WAN fails

Any suggestion?

Setup
Domain - www.abc.com
Active WANs - WAN1 and WAN2

Do you mean you need to enforce domain www.abc.com to WAN1 only? If so, just add outbound domain rule with Enforced algorithm. When WAN1 down, domain www.abc.com will not accessible.
