Outbound Policy Balance 30

We got one Balance 30 and one Balance 310. With the 310 lowest latency is working great as an algorithm, on the 30 it is not working. Any suggestions to this?

Just to cover the basics, can you please let us know what firmware you are running on each device?

We are using 6.2.0 build 2895

I believe that it’s an unique case with different combinations of the ISPs. Please create a ticket for your Balance 30 so that we can diagnose the issue further.
