So every light on the back of it is green for the Ethernet but only one out of 3 is orange it’s the one connected to my pc.I am just wondering what’s the problem and how do I fix it?
Check that all your network cables are fully inserted. Reboot the modem and router. If just the one computer still won’t connect try rebooting it, or try the network connection wizard by right clicking on the tiny computer icon on the bottom right of your screen (WIN10) or try a new network cable.
