Hi,
I bought one of these phones to use tethered to the USB port of my Balance 310 5G, it connects and works for a minute or 2 then disconnects and repeats the cycle. It makes no difference if it’s on 4G or 5G and it works fine with a windows laptop so I’m pretty sure the phone is ok. Both the phone and router are up to date with firmware and have been power cycled. Does anyone have any advice please?
