Hi everyone,
Recently we are having some issues with UDP port 3478, WEBRTC, and LillyRTC for our amazon connect platform. I do not fully understand how it all works but I am wondering if I can translate this to a configuration in the network to help ease the issues.
1.) How do I make sure that port 3478 is open to all networks? Including the ones under a different gateway/firewall.
2.) I believe webrtc is under the application list for QoS, is there a way to somehow tie it up to our specific platform or this should be something automatic?
3.) Lastly for LillyRTC, is that something I can add in the QoS or firewall rule to make sure it goes through to the designated network correctly?
