Open VPN Transferrable?

Hi - I have updated my router from the Surf Soho. Wondering if a previously purchased Open VPN license was transferrable from one router to another, or whether the same license can be used on both routers.

Its not transferable and has to be generated on a unique device serial basis.

Thanks - might wait for 9.0 (to see if Wireguard support is available). Appreciate the answer.
